Questions people ask

Is WebAppsHub really free?

Yes — every tool, all of it. There is no trial clock, no “pro” version holding the useful buttons hostage, and no charge hiding at the download step. The site is supported by advertising, the way free tools on the internet usually are.

Do I need an account to use the tools?

No. Open a tool and use it — that is the whole arrangement. WebAppsHub has no accounts at all: no sign-up, no login, and no tool is ever hidden behind one.

What happens to the files I use in a tool?

They stay on your device. The image converters, the PDF tools and the text tools all run inside your own browser, so the file you pick is never uploaded anywhere. Close the tab and there is nothing left to delete — on our side there was never anything to begin with.

Why do the YouTube tools sometimes say something is not available?

Because they only show what YouTube itself provides. If a video has no HD thumbnail or a channel never set keywords, the tool tells you so plainly instead of dressing up a guess as a result. Honest “not there” beats invented data.

Can I ask for a tool that is not here yet?

That is exactly what the Request a Tool page is for. Requests are read, counted, and the most-asked-for tools move to the front of the building queue.
